The Ayrshire Golf Association is committed to ensuring that golf is accessible to everyone in our community.
The Association has adopted a code of conduct for both our junior players and their responsible guardians.
This process aims to ensure that all parties clearly understand the expected standards of conduct and behaviour during Ayrshire Golf Association events, and those of our member clubs.
Code of Conduct Declarations
From 2026, all juniors and parents or responsible persons must read and agree to their respective codes of conduct before any player registration is approved for Ayrshire Golf Association events, including team matches.
The Association will securely retain this information and ensure its deletion at the end of each playing year.

The Association encourage you to submit a conduct report if you believe that anyone associated with our events is not meeting the standards The Association aim to uphold. You can be assured that any information you provide will be treated with confidentiality and will be handled appropriately.
